Base Exchange Units

Base Exchange units act as an ion exchange process to treat large volumes of water from a main supply. Water supplies contain various positively charged ions (cations) that are present in solution such as calcium, magnesium and sodium. Base Exchange units contain a resin that is used to control the concentration in solution by removing cations from the water supply that passes through the unit. They are installed into water systems to improve the water quality by minimising waste. Enviroliance are able to supply Base Exchange units for your water treatment system. Our team of dedicated engineers will install the unit to begin treating your water supply.
