MoST, is a generic highly flexible and scalable mobile working solution which allows a field worker to perform all elements of their job role on-site electronically. The solution can run on the majority of PDA’s or on a laptop.

Integration with Other Systems MoST is built using the Microsoft .NET Framework, allowing it to integrate with any system which exposes functionality using web services. The product exposes all functionality to mobile devices using web services - this can be extended to allow for integration between the Mobile Application and the relevant business applications.

How it Works The MoST application is fully flexible in structure and is made up of two core elements:
Web System
– this is effectively the database or data store which holds all data
Mobile Viewer
– this is the set of electronic forms and tools the field worker accesses via the hand-held PC or laptop
Information is exchanged back and forward between the Web System and the Mobile Viewer, over an internet connection. Complex reports can be produced quickly with data pulled automatically into the report.
The product supports a wide range of data capture tools including digital images, video, voice recording, hand writing, and capture of bar codes and RFID tags.
The system is functionally rich. It is extremely user friendly and has been designed assuming minimal technical knowledge from the user perspective. This allows staff to use the system with minimal training.
