Water Management Services
Enviroliance offer a range of services to assist in efficient and safe management of water systems in the built environment.

Independent Consultancy Services
  • Enviroliance provides advice and guidance to clients on industry best practice in relation to water systems management, legionella control and associated public health issues.

Water Systems Risk Assessments
  • Under the legislation detailed in the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and the Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (1999), employers have a responsibility to assess the risk posed by the potential for legionella colonisation of any water systems within their building, to control that risk, and to record what actions they have taken.
  • Enviroliance offer a comprehensive risk assessment service, from initial site survey to the provision of a management regime to allow you to ensure you are adhering to the Approved Code of Practice, L8, “The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems”, as published by the Health and Safety Executive.
  • For more information on employers responsibilities, or to discuss how Enviroliance can help your company, please contact us.

Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Based on the findings of the water systems risk assessment, a schedule of preventative maintenance tasks is generated.
  • Enviroliance can assist with completion of this at any level; from management or auditing of internal or external service providers, to undertaking every aspect of the monitoring and maintenance regime.

Remedial Measures
  • Enviroliance is fully equipped to undertake any remedial actions that can arise from the assessment of water systems.
  • This could include guidance with regards to the most cost-effective solutions for specific problems/situations, cleaning and disinfection of water systems to the approved industry standards, etc.
