Enviroliance provides advice

in relation to water systems management, legionella
control and associated public health issues.
Water Systems Risk Assessments
Under the legislation detailed in the Health and
Safety at Work Act (1974) and the Control Of Substances
Hazardous to Health Regulations (1999), employers
have a responsibility to assess the risk posed by
the potential for legionella colonisation of any
water systems within their building, to control that
risk, and to record what actions they have taken.
Enviroliance offer a comprehensive risk assessment
service, from initial site survey to the provision
of a management regime to allow you to ensure you
are adhering to
the Approved Code of Practice, L8, “The Control
of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems”, as
published by the Health and Safety Executive.

and maintenance regime.
